Dublin, California, October 13 (Reuters) / PRNewswire / -- TriNet ( NYSE : TNET ) Today, we announced the launch of new and enhanced platform features aimed at reducing administrative complexity. The latest updates provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the human resources capabilities they truly need, including embedded solutions that simplify recruitment, leave management, and corporate expenses. Additionally, an expanded AI drives intelligence, helping businesses to obtain and analyze information more efficiently and complete tasks more effectively.

TriNet, Executive Vice President and Chief Service and Technology Officer, Jeff Hayward stated: "Business owners no longer want to merely react passively to changes; they want to take the lead. This is why we continue to invest in AI-driven intelligence and more closely connected experiences to help customers make decisions faster, reduce administrative work, and free up more time for business growth."

TriNet Chief Product Officer Lisa Reeves stated: "Our customers do not view HR as an isolated module, nor should their technology function in that way. These enhanced features combine trusted technologies, embedded partner solutions, and the HR expertise of TriNet, making it easier for customers to recruit employees, support them, manage their businesses, and make more confident decisions."

TriNet is gradually launching these newly enhanced features, which, while continuing to expand the capabilities of AI, bring a more closely connected experience to key business functions. This includes:

  • TriNet Leave, Powered by Cocoon:After TriNet acquired Cocoon earlier this year, the company is launching TriNet Leave driven by Cocoon. This is a modernized leave management experience that is connected to the TriNet platform and is currently being rolled out in phases. By combining the technology of Cocoon with the leave management expertise of TriNet, this solution helps employers manage leave applications, compliance obligations, claim tracking, and return-to-work processes through a single, intuitive experience. Customers can enjoy greater visibility, automation, and guidance, while also better addressing the increasingly complex leave requirements.
  • TriNet Recruit, Powered by JazzHR:This feature will be launched at the beginning of January, providing structured applicant tracking experiences for growing enterprises and helping to simplify the recruitment process from posting job openings to onboarding. Customers will be able to organize candidates, collaborate on recruitment decisions, issue employment notices, and import employee information into the onboarding process through a connected workflow.
  • TriNet Spend:This feature will also be launched at the beginning of January. Through integrated technical partnerships, employee, salary, and expenditure data will be connected into a unified experience. This solution helps small businesses to understand and control their company expenditures more clearly, while automated workflows and expense claims associated with salaries can reduce manual work and provide real-time insights and expenditure control.
  • AI Driving Assistance:On the basis of the success of TriNet Assistant, this feature is now available for use. TriNet continues to expand its AI capabilities, helping customers to search for information, gain insights into their workforce, and complete daily tasks more efficiently. The new enhanced features include a voice-supported mobile experience, as well as extended AI capabilities for administrators, which include the ability to directly ask questions about employee data within “Reports and Analytics”.
