Singapore, October 15th / PRNewswire / -- YYForce Inc. (Nasdaq ticker: YFOR) ("YYForce" or "the Company") today announced the commercial launch of Yolara AI, an intelligent labor platform driven by AI, which integrates algorithmic matching, automated employment processes, digital attendance, and operational analytics for frontline businesses.

The core functions of this platform are now available in Singapore through web and mobile interfaces. YYForce is being deployed in phases to introduce conversational AI voice agents to some corporate clients, adding natural language-based job request processing and AI assisted process initiation features to the platform.

Yolara AI is launched through YYForce's existing regional operation network, which includes over 100,000 verified frontline workers and more than 500 corporate collaboration locations. The company states that these numbers represent its current network and do not indicate the number of active users or locations at the time of Yolara AI's launch.

Labor force orchestration driven by AI

Yolara AI is designed to help enterprises coordinate flexible employment in areas such as hotels, catering, retail, logistics, events, and facility management. Its labor scheduling process connects enterprise needs with workers' skills and availability times, utilizes AI to assist in matching and supporting employment decisions, and tracks the execution of shifts through digital tools.

YYForce indicates that by integrating these activities into one platform, the company hopes to reduce repetitive administrative work and improve coordination between businesses and workers. The actual employment results depend on worker availability, qualification requirements, and operational conditions.

Core features provided at launch

  • AI Multi-factor matching: Assesses the suitability of workers based on skills, availability, location, qualifications, and past shift records to match candidates that meet corporate requirements.
  • Interactive Worker Onboarding: Supports collecting worker information, confirming available times, and conveying shift requirements through a conversational interface.
  • Automated Scheduling Process: Links labor demand with eligible shift reservations, helping enterprises coordinate coverage rates and also assisting workers in obtaining suitable opportunities.
  • Digital Attendance and Tracking: Using geofencing for sign-in and sign-out to collect shift attendance data for monitoring and reconciliation purposes.
  • Talent Map and Labor Intelligence Dashboard: Structures workers' profiles, qualifications, and shift histories into a searchable talent information database, and displays indicators such as employment coverage, attendance, and labor costs through a dashboard.

AI Phased Deployment of Voice Agents

YYForce is currently deploying the conversational voice agent Yolara AI in phases with some corporate clients in Singapore. This agent is designed to utilize natural language processing ( NLP ), intent recognition, and information extraction to convert oral labor requirements into structured digital requests.

For example, a manager might request, "I need 5 banquet service staff at Bayshore from 6 PM to 11 PM tomorrow." The agent will extract the number of people, positions, location, and shift times, request clarifications when information is missing, and prepare the requests for the platform's matching process.

Phased deployment is aimed at evaluating availability and operational performance before a broader rollout. Therefore, during the initial launch period, the range of availability for voice agents will differ from that of the core platform.

Connect AI with the operation of the real-world labor force

Yolara AI supports the strategy of YYForce to combine labor operations with application-oriented AI and digital workflow automation. The company's existing relationships with workers and enterprises provide a foundation for introducing this platform, collecting operational feedback, and identifying future opportunities for AI model development.

YYForce CEO Mike Fu stated: "Frontline labor has long been plagued by manual friction, fragmented shift communication, and slow fulfillment cycles. With the help of Yolara AI, we are transforming applied artificial intelligence into an immediate operational lever – turning managers' verbal requests into completed shifts within minutes. This release marks a fundamental milestone in YYForce's strategy to build a unified, intelligent labor ecosystem in the region."

AI Development and Regional Expansion Roadmap

YYForce plans to expand into more Southeast Asian markets based on customer needs, operational readiness, and local requirements. The planned enhancements for AI include machine learning-based demand forecasting, predictive labor analysis, and agent-based workflows that connect conversational requests with enterprise systems. These capabilities are part of the development roadmap and are separate from the core functions available upon launch.
