According to the company, the preferred stock SATS of Bitcoin Treasury Company Strive is now traded on NASDAQ.
The stock was listed on Tuesday and will pay a dividend of 15% per trading day, according to the announcement.
The Strive, which is listed on NASDAQ, stated that it has completed its initial public offering (IPO) following a rights issue, issuing 7 million shares of SATS at a public offering price of $90 per share.
This move comes at a time when listed companies are financializing Bitcoin through various products. The established Bitcoin treasury company Strategy proposed last month to pay daily dividends on its products. Strategy currently has five different types of preferred stocks.
Strive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Matt Cole stated in the declaration: "The successful and scaled IPO marks a crucial step forward in our strategy to maximize the long-term total return for common shareholders."
This company, which is also listed on NASDAQ as Strive, also holds another preferred stock, SATA, which pays a floating dividend.
Strive made its debut last year as an official Bitcoin treasury company and has now become the fourth largest company in this field.
The company was founded by former Ohio governor candidate and tech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy. It currently holds 36,818 BTC, which are valued at over $3 billion at current prices. On Monday, the company also announced that it purchased an additional 4,045 BTC between October 12th and 16th.
In January 2026, Strive completed the acquisition of Semler Scientific through all-stock transactions – this is the first case of a listed Bitcoin treasury company acquiring another similar company.
Like other digital asset treasury companies, the idea is that investors can obtain amplified returns from the stocks of Strive. The company purchases Bitcoin through equity and maintains a debt-free balance sheet: there are no bonds, no credit lines, and no leveraged positions that could trigger forced liquidation during market downturns.
Strive is moving along the path of software company Strategy, which began buying Bitcoin in 2020. Today, Strategy is the largest corporate Bitcoin holder, possessing 848,517 Bitcoins, worth over $60 billion.
The five preferred stocks are STRF, STRC, STRK, STRD, and STRE respectively.
On Tuesday, the stock ASST of Strive rose by 4%.
