Brown will be responsible for WellBe Senior Medical's corporate digital strategy, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, and network security. It will promote the development of related capabilities to enhance nursing delivery, reduce administrative burdens, and support the provision of closer and more personalized care at home.

Brown has over 15 years of experience in healthcare digitization and leadership in technology. He has driven the digital transformation of organizations that integrate payment providers with medical service providers and has led academic medical centers, community hospitals, and specialized nursing institutions. His experience also includes promoting innovation in various digital healthcare scenarios.

The founder and CEO, Jeffrey Kang, who holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and a Master of Public Health, stated: "The experience of Jeffrey makes him the right leader to guide us to a higher level, where technology takes on the heavy workload, allowing our clinical staff to devote their time to the patients. Our mission is to make healthcare easier."

Brown has recently served as the Chief Information and Digital Officer for a comprehensive payment-service provider and healthcare organization in New England with a scale of over $1 billion, responsible for corporate technology and digital transformation. Throughout his career, Brown has also held positions such as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Seattle Children's Hospital, as well as Chief Information Officer for Satellite Healthcare and Lawrence General Hospital. He has also held leadership roles at Steward Health Care and Partners HealthCare, with his work covering areas including population health, remote patient monitoring, and digital health innovation.

Achievements of Brown include developing and commercializing population health and digital care platforms, advancing connected home dialysis, and assisting in the design and implementation of NFL's first concussion registration system. He also collaborated with Brigham, and, Women, and Hospital to develop a remote patient monitoring platform, at a time when that hospital was affiliated with Partners HealthCare.

Brown indicates: "I fully agree with the mission of WellBe, and I am also passionate about integrating clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve care and create a better experience for patients."

WellBe Senior Medical focuses on providing home medical services for elderly individuals with complex health conditions. By bringing personalized care directly to their homes, the company helps patients manage their health, maintain their independence, and gain better support for living at home.

Brown said, "Our opportunity lies in putting technology, analytical insights, and artificial intelligence into practical use, giving clinical staff more time to be with patients and helping our team respond to their needs."
