Milestone delivery highlights the implementation of industrial applications; ROKAE robots have been deployed at Schaeffler's Lighthouse Factory in China.

Beijing, October 26th / PRNewswire / -- ROKAE Robotics (HKEX: 3752) announced that it has delivered its 10,000th humanoid force-controlled robotic arm, marking a milestone in the commercial deployment of robotics hardware for embodied intelligence.

This milestone product was rolled off the production line in September at the manufacturing base located in ROKAE, Shandong Province. This figure only covers the humanoid force-controlled robotic arm product line of ROKAE and does not include its industrial robots and collaborative robots that have been deployed in more than 40 countries and regions.

The technology of ROKAE has also been applied in industrial manufacturing. At Schaeffler's Lighthouse Factory in Taicang, China, five ROKAE Helios wheeled humanoid robots equipped with AR series force-controlled robotic arms are deployed on a humanoid robot parts assembly line. These robots undertake tasks such as part handling, assembly, and inspection, demonstrating the application of force-controlled robot systems in real production environments.

According to company data, more than 80 industrial partners have integrated the humanoid force-controlled robotic arm ROKAE into their production applications.

ROKAE Robotics Founder and CEO Tuo Hua stated: "For us, the numbers themselves are not as important as the trust that lies behind them. There is no shortcut to achieving precise control. Reaching 10,000 units means having to achieve consistent performance on a large scale in terms of hardware, control algorithms, and manufacturing processes."

Leveraging over a decade of force control technology experience, the AR series of humanoid robotic arms from ROKAE enable force control at each joint, allowing for precise and sensitive interaction with objects and the surrounding environment. The MAC controller measures only 213×145.5×45 millimeters in size and, depending on the configuration, can control all 7 joints of a single arm, 14 joints of both arms, or more than 20 joints of a humanoid robot.

The product portfolio of ROKAE also includes the HSA series of integrated force-controlled joints, the iNex embodied intelligent control system, and the Helios wheeled humanoid robots.
