With the support of Unisys as a strategic partner, Cushman and Wakefield migrated their four local data centers to Microsoft Azure and deployed a service desk solution driven by AI. This move reshaped their operations, which cover nearly 60 countries and involve over 52,000 employees. The collaboration resulted in 99.99% infrastructure availability, a 73% reduction in major incidents, a 40% decrease in resolution time, a 13% increase in automated resolution rates, and savings of over $35 million over five years.

Unisys also offers 24/7 monitoring by a security operations center and has cleaned up over 100,000 unused resources to enhance security and control costs.
