Taichung, Taiwan, October 29th / PRNewswire / -- Taiwan's thermal management solution manufacturer Taiwan King Lung Chin PTC Co., Ltd. ( KLC Corporation ) today highlighted its thermal testing solutions ( Thermal Test Vehicle, TTV ), which are suitable for chip wafer layout design, planning and verification, AI and high-performance computing ( HPC ), as well as high-pressure coolant heaters for electric vehicles ( EV ).

As the AI infrastructure and high-performance computing systems drive a continuous increase in power density, the importance of thermal verification in chip wafer layout design, planning, design validation, and cooling system development is growing. The TTV solution from KLC provides a controllable heat source that can simulate the thermal loads in high-power electronic devices and advanced semiconductor architectures, helping engineers to validate chip wafer layout and architecture design at an early stage, and to accurately assess the heat dissipation performance of cold plate and liquid cooling systems.

These solutions support thermal verification for AI servers, GPU platforms, advanced packaging, and semiconductor wafer devices, assisting engineering teams in evaluating cooling designs and thermal performance during the wafer design and product development process.

In the automotive industry, KLC provides high-pressure coolant heaters for battery preheating and cabin heating. Depending on the series, the rated voltage ranges from 12VDC to 400VDC, with a maximum power output of up to 12,000W, to meet the diverse thermal management requirements of electric vehicles.

"From chip wafer layout design and planning, AI / HPC thermal verification, to electric vehicle heating, thermal management is crucial for the next generation of semiconductors and automotive systems," said KLC Corporation CEO Joanna Wu. "By combining thermal testing capabilities with heating technology, we support our customers in developing increasingly demanding applications."

KLC serves customers in the automotive, industrial, and semiconductor markets, including engineering teams engaged in chip wafer layout design verification, high-power electronics, and thermal management systems.
