BioArctic Appointment of the Nomination Committee
Stockholm, October 30, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- BioArctic AB (Nasdaq Stockholm: BIOA B) announced today the composition of its 2027 Annual General Meeting Nomination Committee.
The nomination committee is appointed in accordance with the principles approved by the annual general meeting of shareholders and consists of representatives of the three largest shareholders calculated based on voting rights as of September 30, 2026, as well as the chairman of the board of directors (the convener).
Members of the nomination committee are as follows:
- Margareta Ö hrvall, appointed by Demban AB
- Effective from Gellerfors, appointed by Ackelsta AB.
- Thomas Ehlin, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, representing Fj ä rde AP-fonden
As of September 30, 2026, the shareholders represented by the nomination committee hold approximately 57% of the company's shares and 82% of the voting rights.

The proposals of the Nomination Committee will be announced in the notice of the 2027 annual general meeting of shareholders and will also be published on the company's website www.bioarctic.com.
