Volkswagen Group Financial USA Corporation's 144A bond investors may receive payments from the SEC allocation fund.

San Francisco, November 2, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- The following statement is issued regarding VW Distribution Fund.

VW DISTRIBUTION FUND

Allocation Plan Summary Notification

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved this notice.

This notice does not constitute solicitation for legal services.

Who can participate in the allocation of funds?

If you purchased or otherwise acquired Volkswagen Group, of, America Finance, and LLC between November 20, 2014, and September 18, 2015 (the “relevant period”), and the 144A bonds (“Securities”) issued on November 20, 2014, and/or May 22, 2015 (referred to collectively as “Securities”), and you have suffered losses due to the improper conduct alleged in the complaint, you may be eligible to receive payment from VW Distribution Fund.

The defendant has paid a total of $48,750,000 to the allocated fund.

The management of this allocation fund is governed by a plan established by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and approved by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on September 3, 2026. A copy of this plan can be found at www.VWDistributionFund.com, which includes details regarding qualification requirements and other conditions for participation.

Calculation method for allocating payments

The recognized losses of each eligible claimant will be determined according to the calculation method described in the allocation plan (Attachment A of the allocation plan). If the net funds available for allocation are less than the total of the recognized losses of all eligible claimants, then the allocation amount for each eligible claimant will equal their “proportionate share” of the net funds available for allocation. If there are sufficient funds available, eligible claimants may receive their recognized losses, minus any amounts previously recovered, plus reasonable interest. If the allocation amount for a particular eligible claimant is below the minimum allocation threshold of $250.00, then that eligible claimant will be considered ineligible to receive an allocation payment.

How to Participate

If you believe that you are a qualified claimant and wish to participate, please submit a claim form through the online application portal provided by www.VWDistributionFund.com, or mail a completed paper claim form, ensuring that the postmark date is not later than the claim deadline. When submitting the claim form, you must also provide acceptable supporting documents to confirm your trading and holding activities in such securities, as defined by the specific terms of the program.

Claim submission deadline: February 26, 2027, 23:59 Pacific Time
