富邦证券预测Google 2028年TPU产量将追平Nvidia出货量

币界网消息，据富邦证券分析师表示，预计Google 2028年TPU产量将达到1200万至1500万颗，该产量可能超过或接近Nvidia当年数据中心AI GPU的出货量。Google需要借助Intel Foundry的先进封装产能来补足台积电供应不足的部分。
