币界网消息，马来西亚在2026年前七个月出台六项科技相关法律，涵盖人工智能、加密货币及数字平台监管。其中《在线安全法》对拥有800万以上马来西亚用户的平台实施强制许可《网络犯罪法案》将深度伪造及人工智能生成亲密图像列为刑事罪行《竞争法修正案》将数字平台纳入反垄断监管《人工智能治理法案》拟将人工智能训练数据与输出内容纳入知识产权保护证券委员会数字资产指引于5月20日收紧DAX运营商合规要求《消费者信贷法》于3月1日将BNPL服务商纳入监管。
