币界网消息，蚂蚁百灵（Inclusion AI）发布了新模型Ling-3.0-flash，该模型共有1240亿参数，但在实际应用中只激活51亿参数。根据官方数据，该模型在12项基准测试中有11项超过了万亿参数的前代模型ring-2.6-1t。Ling-3.0-flash支持256k上下文，最高可扩展至100万，主要面向编程、搜索、深度研究和工具调用等任务。该模型的fp8版本仅需128GB存储，已在Hugging Face和ModelScope上线，采用MIT许可证。
