币界网消息，普京签署了俄罗斯首部全面加密货币法，允许从9月1日起进行受监管的交易。只有流动性最高的加密货币，包括比特币（BTC）、以太坊（ETH）和泰达币（USDT），将被批准通过受俄罗斯中央银行监管的许可交易所进行交易。加密支付仍然被禁止。
