深圳员工窃取公司机密资料被判刑

币界网消息，据检察日报报道，深圳一名员工因背负逾40万元网贷，窃取公司43个文件夹的机密研发资料，并冒充境外黑客，先后索要0.88枚BTC、0.8枚BTC及9万枚USDT。检方按案发当日最低汇率认定涉案金额约63万元因企业未付款，法院以敲诈勒索罪未遂判处其有期徒刑三年三个月，并处罚金1万元。
