Liquid Network Hacker returns $268 million in Bitcoin, keeping $47 million for himself

According to CoinMeta, the hacker of Liquid Network has returned 268 million US dollars in Bitcoin and retained 47 million US dollars. A total of 3,400 BTC have been sent back to the federal wallet, and 598.5 BTC have been retained as an unofficial bounty. Blockstream replied online with "Yes, thank you" signed by PGP. The bounty agreement has not yet been made public, and Liquid Network is still in a suspended state.
