According to CoinMeta, Harmony has completed cross-exchange reconciliation with Binance, Gate, KuCoin, MEXC, OKX, and Binance’s US. A total of 295 transactions involving 3.493 billion ONE were matched, and after adjusting for circular transfers, the temporary shortfall of ONE tokens was reduced from 10.234 billion to 6.581 billion, a decrease of 3.653 billion tokens. The figures provided by Binance are provisional upper limits, and some data for Gate and OKX are still pending verification. The exchanges have frozen certain ONE balances as well as the hacker's profits. Verifiers may stop operating starting from 6:00 AM on September 11 (UTC +8).
