According to CoinMeta, Bastion Trading, a shareholder holding 9.99% of the shares ( NASDAQ : SKYA ), stated that they will vote with a "no" against all 5 current directors at the annual general meeting on September 18, meaning they will refuse to support any of the director candidates. Bastion mentioned that their main concerns include the company amending its articles of association to weaken shareholders' rights, the board of directors implementing a "poison pill plan" without shareholder approval, and transactions involving related parties. SkyAI previously raised over $400 million through PIPE financing to establish a Solana treasury. Currently, they hold approximately 2 million SOL shares, and the company's current market value is about $59 million, with the stock price having fallen by about 86% in the past year. Other investors include Parafi, Pantera, FalconX, Arrington Capital, Avenir, CoinFund, Arche Capital, Electric Capital, and Saba Capital.
