OG.com is now able to launch single-stock futures and is collaborating with SEC and CFTC to seek the provision of single-stock perpetual contracts in the United States. A public announcement from SEC indicates that North American Derivatives Exchange (the underlying exchange for Nadex and OG.com) submitted the 1-N on September 14th, and its registration as a securities and futures product exchange took effect at the time of submission.
