Bitget Extended Reserve Fund Certification (PoR) System: 15 New Types of Assets Added to the Verifiable Scope
2026-09-17 18:13:23
According to CoinMeta, Bitget announced an upgrade to its reserve fund certification ( PoR ) system, expanding the covered assets from the original 4 cryptocurrencies to 19 major assets, including the addition of tokens such as XAUT, SOL, BNB, and USDGO. This upgrade also expanded the scope of platform-level reserve fund disclosure and individual asset certification verification. Users can view the reserve ratio, scale, and on-chain distribution of each asset through the PoR page, and use Merkle Tree to independently verify whether their holdings are included in the reserve snapshot. Since December 2022, Bitget has been releasing reserve fund reports on a monthly basis; as of August 2026, 45 reports have been issued in total, with the latest overall reserve fund ratio being 122%. Bitget CEO Gracy states that as the number of assets supported by the platform continues to increase, so too must the transparency and verification capabilities of the reserve funds be expanded, to allow more users to independently verify their asset situations and further enhance the platform's transparency.
