According to CoinMeta, Crypto.com has announced that it has been approved to launch individual stock futures in the United States and plans to introduce stock perpetual contracts. Its regulated derivatives trading platform, Nadex, has completed registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which took effect on September 14th. On September 16th, SEC confirmed the registration documents. CEO Kris Marszalek stated that this registration authorizes the company to introduce individual stock futures into the U.S. market, and at the same time, the company is collaborating with SEC and CFTC to promote the offering of individual stock perpetual contracts in the U.S. American trading platforms are competing to lay out stock perpetual futures, and Coinbase also submitted a similar registration notice earlier this month, seeking to list stock perpetual contracts in the U.S. Its Chief Policy Officer, Faryar Shirzad, indicated that this plan still requires approval from CFTC.
