According to CoinMeta, as reported by Fortune, Jim Farley of Ford Motor Company CEO and Jamie Dimon of JPMorgan Chase CEO have collaborated on a $2 billion public-private partnership initiative aimed at addressing the shortage of skilled workers in the United States. Farley stated that skilled workers are the backbone of American manufacturing and form the foundation of the American Dream. He pointed out that solving this issue requires the joint efforts of all parties, as no single company or state can do it alone. The initiative is called the "Michigan Lift Plan," under which Ford plans to provide up to $1 billion in contracts to participating suppliers over the next decade, while JPMorgan Chase will provide the corresponding financing.
