According to CoinMeta, the arbitrum ecosystem’s RWA platform announced the restoration of its portal. In response to the attack on July 15th, 3,321 affected wallets (accounting for 90.59%) can recover their losses in full. Users whose losses do not exceed USDC can claim the full amount before December 29th. Those with losses exceeding USDC need to choose between claiming 1,000 USDC or participating in the second-phase proportional recovery plan by October 30th. Approximately 650,000 USDC have been recovered, and the remaining assets in the OLP treasury are about 30% of the value held before the incident.
