This "Super Intelligent White House Agreement" was signed by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, OpenAI CEO Greg Brockman, Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai, Nvidia CEO Jason Huang, and SpaceXAI CEO Elon Musk. Trump referred to the agreement as a "moral commitment," emphasizing that companies developing cutting-edge AI technologies should be responsible for their systems. The agreement requires companies to monitor their AI capabilities internally, especially in terms of cybersecurity and biosecurity, and allows independent evaluators to check the effectiveness of these safeguards. The agreement may evolve into federal law, and the participating companies also plan to meet regularly to establish common security standards.
