New Dogecoin application goes live on the network, but why hasn't there been any reaction in prices?

According to CoinMeta, DogeCoin’s new application network DogeOS was officially launched on September 30th, but there was almost no reaction in terms of price. This network allows developers to run smart contract applications and uses DOGE as a transaction fee. Although the launch provided holders with use cases beyond just payments and tips, the price of DOGE has remained below its peak at the end of September since then. As a zero-knowledge zk layer-2 network that supports the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), EVM, it enables Ethereum developers to easily migrate existing applications. The team mentioned that early projects include Barkswap, Derps, and Snag. Although the launch of this network was considered an important milestone, it did not immediately create demand for the coin because the test network’s DOGE came from a “water faucet” (a method of distributing tokens without real value) and had no actual value.
