According to CoinMeta, as reported by Coin Bureau, the U.S. manufacturing index in September was 54.5, lower than the expected 55.0 and close to the previous figure of 54.6. An index above 50 indicates that factory activity in the United States is still growing. Combined with lower PCE inflation and low unemployment claims data, these figures suggest that the economy is still maintaining stability. However, payment prices have soared to 77.9, indicating that inflationary pressures still exist. The latest data also support the idea that the Federal Reserve has "room to loosen" its policies, but it may not need to act too quickly.
