Fortune 500 executives: AI Overturns organizational structure, employees need to 'relearn'
2026-10-02 06:21:09
According to CoinMeta, the Chief Human Resources Officer of Fortune stated that AI has already overturned traditional organizational structures, and employees must "relearn" in order to survive in the new environment. Although most organizations regard AI as a valuable investment, according to ServiceNow data, only 9% of companies have made substantial progress in building complex autonomous work processes. At the first AIQ summit, the Chief Human Resources Officer of HPE, Stacy Dillow, mentioned that the most difficult part is not the technical experimentation, but rather rethinking the way of working and the company structure. She emphasized that business leaders need to take on the responsibility of transforming AI from an experiment into a part of daily operations. The Chief Human Resources Officer of Palo Alto Networks, Danielle Gonzalez, also pointed out that companies need to find adaptable talents and provide necessary tools and training for existing employees to cope with the changes brought about by AI.
