Flashloopadapter Vulnerability Causes AAVE Associated Wallets to Lose Approximately $305,000
2026-10-02 14:01:44
CoinMeta data: A vulnerability in Flashloopadapter resulted in losses of approximately $305,000 for two AAVE-associated wallets. Blockchain security firm SlowMist stated that attackers exploited authentication flaws in the Flashloopadapter contract to bypass the module's access control. In the end, attackers retained about 114.09 ETH, valued at around $305,000. The incident involved a custom contract built on AAVE and v3, rather than the core AAVE and v3 protocols. SlowMist also noted that AAVE and v3 themselves were not affected.
