Michael Saylor: The Bitcoin Gold Rush Has Only 9 Years Left; The Door Will Close After 2035
2026-10-02 14:08:20
According to CoinMeta, Michael Saylor stated in an interview with Binance that the drivers for the adoption and monetization of Bitcoin include ETF securitization, Bitcoin-based equity capital, digital credit, and bank lending. He believes that bank financing for Bitcoin could become the main price driver over the next 36 months. Saylor compared Bitcoin to "crude oil" and digital credit to "gasoline," noting that digital credit and digital currencies will enter a credit market worth approximately $300 trillion in the future. Saylor also mentioned that the current scale of the crypto economy is about $3 trillion, and it is estimated that about 99% of Bitcoin will be mined by 2035, hence the period from now until 2035 is seen as the "gold rush" phase for Bitcoin.
