It will shift from being a pure digital asset treasury company focused on the BNB Chain ecosystem to an operating company that provides blockchain and Agentic AI open network infrastructure for financial institutions and enterprises. In the future, the company will still participate in ecosystems such as BNB Chain, but its strategic focus will shift from passively holding digital assets to providing infrastructure, integration, and deployment services. BNB Plus was formerly known as Applied DNA Sciences and has shifted its focus from biotechnology business to a BNB treasury strategy. As of July 30th, the company held approximately 18,830 BNB.
