CoinMeta data: Tesla announced that it sold 486,532 electric vehicles in the third quarter of 2026, exceeding Wall Street's forecast of 463,761 units, although there was a 2% year-on-year decline. As a result, Tesla's stock price rose by nearly 2%. Analysts expect the company to deliver around 462,000 electric vehicles. Tesla has also begun to add Cybercab without steering wheels to its robot taxi fleet and plans to start producing Optimus humanoid robots by the end of the year. Tesla's robot network is currently limited to six cities in Texas and Florida, with relatively slow progress.
