According to CoinMeta, Chick-fil-A CEO Andrew Cathy stated that the company does not plan to use artificial intelligence to handle customers' self-service ordering orders, although they are exploring the potential applications of AI. Cathy emphasized that Chick-fil-A wishes to maintain human interaction in self-service ordering, while competitors such as McDonald's and Wendy's are actively experimenting with automated ordering technologies. McDonald's plans to test its AI ordering system Archy at five locations across the country, while Wendy's has collaborated with Google Cloud to launch FreshAI technology.
