According to CoinMeta, Coinbase plans to reintroduce Coinbase Pro by the end of this year, supporting spot, futures, perpetual contracts, options, and stock trading. It has also completed integration with Deribit to create the Coinbase Global exchange. In the coming weeks, eligible traders outside of the United States will be granted options trading permissions, and retail traders in the US are expected to get these permissions later this year. American institutional clients will be able to trade Deribit options and perpetual futures through Coinbase Prime, and they will also have access to custody, financing, and margin trading services on the same platform.
