Naver Financial and Dunamu postpone the share exchange for the third time until March 2027

According to CoinMeta, Naver Financial and Dunamu have announced that they are postponing their comprehensive share exchange plan until March 31, 2027. The transaction, which was originally scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2026, has been delayed due to ongoing regulatory reviews. As disclosed by Dunamu on October 7, the shareholder record date has been postponed from October 22 to January 18, 2027, and the special shareholders' meeting has also been rescheduled from November 19 to February 26, 2027. This change extends the transaction period by another three months. Naver Financial stated that the basic structure, purpose, and direction of the transaction remain unchanged. Dunamu indicated that both parties are cooperating with the relevant authorities' reviews, submitting the required materials, and explaining the purpose and necessity of the transaction.
