JPMorgan: Optimistic about two stocks against the backdrop of rising interest rates in the United States
2026-10-09 08:38:29
According to CoinMeta, in a report, JPMorgan warns that as the U.S. government debt drives up long-term bond yields, small company stocks may face pressure. Currently, only 9% of U.S. small and medium-sized company stocks pay dividends higher than those of 30-year Treasury bonds, compared to 19% two years ago. JPMorgan strategists point out that the current dividend ratio has dropped to a 24-year low. The report mentions that JPMorgan is optimistic about two stocks: one is a Chinese pharmacy chain with a market value of $3 billion, Dashenlin, and the other is a German company, Befesa, which focuses on recycling waste from the steel industry. Both companies have been rated as "overweight," meaning JPMorgan expects them to outperform their peers.
