The company's quarterly revenue exceeded analysts' expectations by $1.163 million, and its stock price initially rose by more than 3% after the earnings release. As of August 31, Applied Digital had $6.4 billion in debt and $3.7 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash. The company's high-performance computing hosting business contributed $2.626 million in revenue, of which $1.835 million came from tenant facility services and $6.58 million from basic rental income. Management expects that by the end of 2026, the operational capacity of the campus in North Dakota, a key IT, will reach 300 megawatts.
