According to CoinMeta, Goodfire launched an "internal monitoring" system on October 8, 2026, with the aim of enhancing the security of AI agents. This system monitors for potential malicious activities in real-time by reading the internal neural signals of the models, preventing risks at the output stage. The monitoring cost for Goodfire is approximately $185 per million exchanges, which represents a significant cost advantage compared to the industry standard of $5,420. The system has a capture rate of 93% for malicious attack sessions and a false positive rate of 5.5%. Goodfire has secured about $207 million in financing, and its team members include senior experts from DeepMind and OpenAI.
