According to CoinMeta, as reported by The Block, the Evernorth supported by Ripple has completed a merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. 473 million XRP and $300 million in cash have entered the public market. Evernorth will be traded on NASDAQ under the ticker XRPN next Monday, and the merger was settled on October 9th at Eastern Time.
