The plan states that by 2028, Shanghai aims to achieve full coverage of intelligent factories among key manufacturing enterprises in the city, promote the widespread application of artificial intelligence in intelligent factories, cultivate 500 advanced-level intelligent factories, break through 2,000 application scenarios for artificial intelligence in manufacturing, develop 10 advanced and applicable domain-specific large models, launch over 300 high-level intelligent entities, build new infrastructure that meets the needs of new generation intelligent manufacturing, reach an industrial robot density of 600 units per 10,000 people, encourage 8,000 humanoid robots to enter factories, drive the industrial scale of intelligent manufacturing equipment empowered by artificial intelligence to exceed 200 billion yuan, and achieve an industrial scale for intelligent manufacturing system integration of 100 billion yuan, thus fulfilling the "54321" goals.
