According to CoinMeta, the AI Physics Laboratory Physical Superintelligence ( PSI ) announced that with the help of models such as GPT-6 Astra, Claude, etc., new progress has been made in five long-standing quantum information problems. Researchers have proven that in certain quantum fields, quantum entanglement still exists even when two regions are far apart, but beyond a certain distance, non-local correlations cannot be detected using the CHSH Bell inequality. Another study demonstrated that after a certain number of consecutive quantum operations, entanglement will inevitably be destroyed. During the research process, physicists were responsible for guidance and verification, while models such as GPT and Claude participated in the derivations. The team also had Codex and Claude Code's AI agent write formal proofs in the form of Lean, which were then checked by computers to verify the correctness of the reasoning. Papers, proof codes, and verification materials for all five results have been made public. However, these five achievements do not completely solve the original problems; some conclusions are only applicable under specific conditions, and there are still unsolved issues.
