According to CoinMeta, the stock price of Meta fell by 1.4% to $621.47. The company has launched a public offering of equity financing worth approximately $35 billion and plans to raise an additional $60 billion through a market-based offering of new Class C shares without voting rights, to be used to support investments in AI infrastructure and personal superintelligence areas.
