According to CoinMeta, Situational Awareness is seeking investors to participate in its financing of a new cloud computing startup, Fluidstack. Just three months after nearly causing a hedge fund collapse due to its heavy bets on artificial intelligence companies, the fund plans to invest its funds in Fluidstack. Sources reveal that this round of financing is estimated to value Fluidstack at $40 billion, which is approximately twice its valuation from just a few months ago. The co-investment mechanism allows customers to invest in specific transactions alongside investment institutions, rather than having their funds placed into funds managed by those institutions. Other investors have also received invitations to participate in this round of financing for Fluidstack.
