According to CoinMeta, a user on platform X stated that the 7702 orders in the Binance hot wallet had not been canceled after 2 hours, and a transaction of 2961 ETH directed to that wallet remained in a pending state due to the lower gas fee. Once the price returns below 4.4 gwei ( base fee ), the attacker will be able to sweep away approximately 2961 ETH again.
