Oura indicates that due to the uncertainties in the IPO market, the company is postponing its plans to list on NASDAQ.

The company issued a statement on Tuesday stating that despite the "strong demand" since the initiation of the IPO process and an improvement in business, it has decided to postpone the listing arrangements.

The company, which produces smart rings that can track the wearer's health and sleep conditions, officially launched the IPO project last week on September 21st.

At that time, the company planned to raise up to $2.2 billion by selling 50 million shares of stock.

CEO Tom Hale stated on Tuesday: "Our mission is to help people live healthier and longer lives, and IPO is just one step in our journey. Our goal is to bring an extraordinary IPO to our employees and investors, and we have the flexibility to choose the right timing. At the same time, we will continue to pursue future opportunities."
