Frank Baker is 53 years old this year and is the co-founder and managing partner of Siris Capital Group, LLC (referred to as " Siris " for short). Siris is a leading private equity firm that has deployed over $9 billion in equity capital in technology, telecommunications, and data-related companies since its establishment.

Before joining Siris, he served as the Managing Director of Ripplewood Holdings and began his career in mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs. He currently holds positions as a trustee at the University of Chicago, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Robert and Ethel Kennedy Center for Human Rights, and as a trustee for Deerfield Academy.
Baker was born and raised near Detroit, Michigan, holds a MBA degree from Harvard Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.
