Pittsburgh, October 2, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. ( NYSE : PNC ) The board of directors announced a quarterly cash dividend of $2.00 per share for common stock.

The dividend will be paid on November 5, 2026, to shareholders who are registered as of the close of trading on October 14, 2026.

The board of directors also announced cash dividends for the following series of preferred stocks, which will be paid to shareholders registered as of the close of trading on their respective record dates indicated below. The following preferred stocks (except for Preferred Series B and X) are represented by every 100 depositary shares:

If the payment date falls on a non-working day, the dividend will be paid on the next working day following the payment date.
