New York, October 5, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Cohen & Company Capital Markets (referred to as “CCM”) today announced the launch of a specialized private credit advisory service, further expanding its capital markets platform. CCM is a department under Cohen & Company Securities, and LLC (members of FINRA and SIPC), with the latter being an indirectly controlled subsidiary of Cohen & Company Inc. ( NYSE American : COHN )

The company stated that this new business will provide customized debt financing solutions and professional credit expertise to enterprises in the mid-market segment, and will complement CCM's existing mergers and acquisitions advisory services, as well as its public and private financing capabilities.

To lead this business, CCM appointed Daniel Sheriff as Managing Director and Head of Private Credit, and Christian Watson as Director of Private Credit.
