Reston, Virginia, USA, October 6th / PRNewswire / -- Stephen Vather has joined Leidos ( NYSE : LDOS ) as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. He possesses extensive experience in investor relations, corporate development, and capital markets.

Vather previously worked at Leonardo DRS as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, and helped to drive the company's return to the public market. Prior to that, he spent nine years at ManTech in charge of mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. His career began in investment banking.

Vather will replace Stuart Davis. Davis will continue to be responsible for investor relations until the end of the third-quarter financial reporting period, after which he will retire in March. The two individuals will collaborate during the transition period to ensure continuity with investors and analysts. Davis returned to Leidos in 2021, having previously held that position from 2006 to 2009. During his 42-year career, he has also been in charge of investor relations and strategic functions at Perspecta, CSRA, ManTech, and SRA International.
