London, October 6, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Clarivate Plc (New York Stock Exchange ticker: CLVT) ("Clarivate" or "the Company") announced today that it has successfully completed the sale of its Life Sciences and Healthcare business units to Altaris, LLC ("Altaris"). This transaction advances Clarivate's transformation and simplifies its business portfolio. The transaction amount is $600 million, which was announced on July 6, 2026.

With the completion of this transaction, Clarivate has now become a more focused, subscription-oriented global provider, offering reliable proprietary data, authoritative content, AI-powered intelligent solutions, embedded workflow software, and technical support services.
