Atlanta, October 8, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Cox Automotive's subsidiary, VinSolutions, announces that the CRM system, adopted by thousands of dealers across the United States, has completed a milestone upgrade: all customers using both Fullpath and VinSolutions will now have an embedded customer data platform (CDP) built-in, which also integrates AI insights. This platform is supported by Fullpath technology.

Cox Automotive Vice President of Digital Commerce Paulo da Silva states: "Others CDP mainly focus on data ingestion, structuring, and organization. However, through Fullpath CDP integrated into VinSolutions, we hand over the power of this data directly to sales representatives, enabling them to personalize each interaction and facilitate more transactions."

Dealers who use both VinSolutions and Fullpath are already aware of the value of unified customer data. The new change is that these intelligent capabilities now exist directly within the VinSolutions CRM customer records that sales representatives use every day, rather than requiring them to access them through separate interfaces. Marketing directors can identify consumers who are in the decision-making phase of purchasing a car; general managers or sales managers can see which transactions are closest to closing; and the sales team can obtain AI-driven insights directly from the records they are viewing at any time before each communication—without the need for additional logging in or separate tools.

The integration of VinSolutions and Fullpath CDP brings three main values to distributors:

  • One system that requires login is no longer needed: The existing CDP example can now be accessed directly through VinSolutions.
  • More customer background information: The AI driven by Fullpath will be displayed in the customer profile, providing users with additional insights at key interaction moments.
  • View website activities in VinSolutions: The website data of Fullpath can now be directly displayed in the timeline of VinSolutions.
