West Chester, Pennsylvania, October 13th / PRNewswire / -- Trellist, Inc. Today, we announce the launch of a free Personalization Audit for brands that operate Adobe Target, AEM or similar personalized platforms. This move is based on the latest research from Twilio: only 16% of businesses strongly agree that they have the data they need to understand their customers, and only 19% have a unified customer profile.

Trellist indicates that in the work with clients on dozens of personalized projects, it has been found that poor performance is rarely due to issues with the platform itself: segmentation rules can become outdated, customer data is scattered across disconnected systems, there is a lack of real-time integration, and test projects may stagnate after their initial launch. All of these problems can be resolved without having to replace the platform. The new auditing service is designed to help brands determine whether the issues are truly related to infrastructure gaps or configuration problems before investing budget in replacing the platform.

"Most of the personalized projects we take on for repair do not require a new platform. What they need is to integrate the existing platforms with CRM and the analysis system, along with continuous maintenance of the rules by dedicated personnel," said Gavin Garrison, a partner and client manager at Trellist. "Rebuilding the platform is often the most expensive solution to configuration issues."

Personalization Audit will assess the client's existing personalized technology stack, which includes identity resolution, system integration, detailed health status analysis, and testing frequency, and will provide a prioritized remediation plan within two weeks.
